You can walk briskly easily or even on a treadmill if you’d like. If you’d like to walk with little pedagogical advantage – walk “with your feet” one half mile. If you’d like to walk fast without making too much wind – go swimming. If you’d like to walk in a group – bring the kids.

If you want to improve your health and decrease your chances of getting ill, you should check out a brisk daily walk. Sure, you’ll get some things in mind, but the occupation of walking just for fun is highly productive. You will have a time and a place for it, and you’ll feel better about yourself when you do it. In addition, you can possibly take your lunch break outside and enjoy the scenery while you walk by the river.
