● ¼ teaspoon of red chili powder
● 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

● ½ teaspoon of salt
● 1 cup of water
First, you have to mix all the ingredients and then slowly add water according to the batter's consistency. Then take a clean wet cloth and squeeze out all the excess water from the batter. Then you can make the dough and make chapatis out of it.

Ragi kanji:

If you are not a person who is fond of solid food products, then you can have ragi kanji for breakfast. It is a delicious ragi drink that can be made according to the person's taste. You need to have
-½ cup of ragi flour
– 3 cups of water

-¼ cup of grated jaggery
– 5 cups of milk
– 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder

For this recipe, you need to dry roast the ragi flour for around 10 minutes and then cook it on low heat till it turns light brown in color. Then you need to mix ragi flour and water in the pan and mix it to make a smooth mixture out of it. Keep heating the mixture till it thickens and then add the grated jaggery in it and cook for another 4 minutes. You need to remove the pan from the heat after that and let the mixture cool before you add the milk and cardamom powder. If you think that the mixture is too thick, you can add more milk according to your need's consistency. Serve it as per your taste.

● 2 pinches of ginger powder
● 1 tablespoon of baking powder
● ½ cup of oil, which is rice bran
● 1 egg which is supposed to be whisked
● ½ tablespoon of salt

Mix the ragi flour with the cardamom powder and then roast the mixture till it becomes dark in color. Whisk the egg and mix it well with the ragi powder and sugar. You can add oil and ass color to the dough to make it darker. Then make some balls and bake them for 8 minutes at 180 degrees.

To make this recipe, you need to take ragi flour in a bowl and mix 1 cup of water without getting any lumps formed. Then heat the other cup of water and mix it well to make the consistency better. You can add buttermilk accordingly and then add the other ingredients.
