Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna Rao is an accountant, but he has become famous because of his diet plans going around in Telangana. People have given him the tag of diet magician, and he has started coming on many TV channels, debates, and events. He follows a special diet, which helped him in losing 30 kgs in less than three months, and that’s why people have started following him. Veermachaneni’s diet has become famous for the amount of weight that he has lost. He claims to call the diet the K.E.T.O diet

The keto diet is a popular diet that involves high protein food, high fat, and low carbs in the food. The diet is now called Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna diet because of the number of alternatives he used and lost weight. 

He had four rules that he followed throughout his diet, which are as follows: 

1. Water:

In the Veeramachaneni diet, it is a compulsion to drink at least 4 liters of water every day. You cannot skip this part and drink less water. Water plays a primary role in keeping you hydrated while you are following the rest of the diet, so it is essential to drink 4 liters of water by the end of the day. 

2. Fat diet:

There are different days when you follow and consume only a limited amount of fat. According to the Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna diet, there should be 70-100 grams of intake in the first ten days and then 30-50 grams from 11th day onwards. Only one type of fat food should be consumed, and the quantity should be measured accordingly.  

3. Multivitamin tablets:

Veeramachaneni diet asks people to take multivitamin tablets because there is no consumption of fruits and other proteins in the food. He says that if you have a two meal plan, then you should take one multivitamin tablet, and if you have one meal plan, then you should take two multivitamin tablets. The multivitamin tablets are very easily available in any medical shop, and it is safe to consume them. 

4. Lemons: 

Veeramachaneni Diet

Lemons play an essential role in this diet because their consumption will help a person in reducing weight. Veeramachaneni diet says that while following this diet, one should consume three lemons every day, and the lemons can be consumed in any form like in water, buttermilk, or any other liquid form. It is essential to consume lemons every day while following the diet. 

Veeramachaneni diet also says that if a person starts feeling hungry after meals, then he/she can drink any liquid drink like buttermilk to feel full again. You can also consume nuts while following this diet, but every day only ten or less but not more than that. There is no need to follow any food timings as you can eat your meals when you are hungry but only eat three meals, which involves two solid meals and one liquid meal. If you follow the diet strictly and rule by rule, then you will lose the right amount of weight.
